Fox Run Condominiums

Scope:

• Under slab plumbing
• Water management

Overview: For this project a total of six buildings needed to be addressed. Each building had four units underpinned with a full interior and exterior piling support system. The interior supports were installed using a tunneling method so problems could be fixed without impacting the living space.

All units were raised past PVR values. Olshan Commercial also repaired existing plumbing issues and installed a perimeter drainage system. The result was a minimally invasive approach that allowed significant repairs to be made with little disturbance.

Sutters Mill Townhomes

Scope:

• Foundation underpinning

Overview: After a thorough analysis, Olshan Commercial installed interior and exterior Cable Lock ST Plus pilings. The interior pilings were installed through the floor and concrete was patched. The building was raised back to its original line of construction.

Midtown Apartments

Scope:

• Foundation underpinning

Overview: Midtown Apartments is a multi-story building. Olshan Commercial underpinned the building with deep commercial-sized pilings, then raised it to correct settlement.
