Joining the Olshan team in 2004, Rich Bond brought with him a wealth of experience from the construction and foundation repair industry, which he entered in 1993. His journey started in St. Louis, Missouri, where his dedication and expertise quickly distinguished him as a valued Certified Structural Technician.

Rich’s leadership qualities shone as he advanced through various management roles across seven different markets. His resume boasts tenures as a Production Manager in St. Louis, Missouri, and Atlanta, Georgia, before taking on the mantle of General Manager in multiple cities, including Temple, Texas; Jackson, Mississippi; Memphis, Tennessee; Dallas, Texas; and currently, San Antonio, Texas.

Taking the lead in San Antonio since 2014, Rich has been instrumental in maintaining Olshan’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Under his management, Olshan’s legacy as a family-owned business that prioritizes the well-being of its employees and clients alike continues to thrive.

When not ensuring Olshan’s high standards are met, Rich enjoys the tranquility of saltwater fishing, a passion he often shares with his wife Crystal and their two children, Bryce and Bailey.
