Scope:

Overview: For this project Olshan Commercial had to tunnel under approximately one quarter of the foundation built over a backfilled quarry. The crew installed a commercial-sized piling to end bearing support at the bottom of the quarry, (approximately 21 feet). The foundation was then raised to address settlement and extensive plumbing repairs to the  under slab waste water and floor drain systems were performed.

Taco Cabana

Scope:

• Plumbing

Overview: For Taco Cabana, Olshan Commercial installed interior and exterior pilings. Interior pilings were installed via tunneling. Under slab plumbing work was performed as well. Thanks to tunneling, this project ran 24 hours a day for several weeks with minimal disturbance to customers.
